When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email, shipping address, billing address, and what you ordered. We never see your full card number — payments are handled by our processor.

When you visit the site, we collect basic technical details: browser, screen size, referring page, and pages viewed. We use this to fix bugs and understand which pieces people look at most.

To make and ship your order. To send order updates and tracking. To answer your messages. To send the studio newsletter, if you opted in. We do not sell your data, ever.

Only the partners required to deliver the order: our payment processor, the shipping carrier, and our cloud hosting and email providers. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a small analytics cookie to count page views without identifying you. No third-party advertising trackers run on this site.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email studio@lofi3d.co and we'll respond within 30 days.

Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Account data is removed within 30 days of account deletion. Newsletter subscriptions are removed immediately on unsubscribe.
