Where we ship.
Transit time is from dispatch, not from order. Add the studio lead time of 5–10 working days. Duties are calculated at checkout for non-EU destinations.
14 days. No drama.
You have 14 days from delivery to return any piece in original condition. We refund within five working days of receiving it back.
Start a return14 days, original condition. Buyer covers return shipping. Refund issued in 5 working days.
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We replace the piece at our cost — no return shipping.
Custom and one-off commissions are non-returnable, except in the case of damage.
